Our apartment is ideally located to access the facilities on the resort.

There`s  several swimming pools on site the closest just 2 minutes walk.

There`s a small but well stocked supermarket, a bar, a golf pro shop and believe it or not an outside gym. (somehow I don`t think it would work in the U.K!)

There`s children's play area`s and a shallow pool,recently completed we now have tennis courts and a multi sports court used for football,basketball,netball etc..

The main facility on site is obviously the golf course with it`s own practice area complete with bunker`s and putting green which can be seen from our apartment.

The course itself is an 18 hole championship Jack Nicklaus design course. Its a challenging par 72 totalling 5854 yards with tree`s, bunker`s and water hazards with stunning mountain views.

The course on site is fantastic, however being part of the Polaris World Jack Nicklaus golf trail you can play the courses on the other completed Polaris World sites. (4 to date)

You can also use the facilities on the other Polaris World resorts which between them include shop`s, bar`s, restaurants as well as golf and spa facilities.

Off the resort the nearest town is Sucina, a quite little Spanish Hamlet less than 5 mins by car, where there`s shop`s, bar`s and restaurants.

Just 15 minutes drive you can access the vast open unspoilt beaches of the Mar Menor, an inland sea which has lovely warm water`s and is only 10 meters at its deepest point.

Accross the other side of the Mar Menor you can see the famous La Manga strip with it`s more lively nightlife. If you were to go further afield you could visit the cities of Murcia and Cartagena only 30 minutes drive and both are steeped in History.
